Job description: FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist for a part-time, afternoon position in our pediatric speech, feeding and occupational therapy clinic located in Roseville, Calif. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk tasks. This role requires excellent reliability, great communication skills, and basic computer skills.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk tasks. This role requires excellent reliability, great communication skills, and basic computer skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions, and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
- Manage client sign-in sheets.
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
- Handle filing and scanning as requested.
- Scheduling patients as needed or requested.
- Assist clinical staff with admin duties as needed.
- Closing clinic duties.
- Collaborate and support admin team in other offices, must be computer savvy.
- Part-time, Monday-Thursday 2 to 7 p.m. and Fridays 2 to 6 p.m. - approximately 24 hours per week.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent attendance.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and external customers.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality, will train on HIPAA.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills: MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

About IICA Speech
IICA Speech was formed in 2004 by founder, Amy Haught. We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy. We began in the south bay and currently have clinics in San Jose CA, Roseville CA, and Kalispell/Whitefish MT. We currently have a clinical staff of 17 with lots of support from our admin team of 10.
